Shipping Policy


1. Shipping Destinations

At present, we offer shipping services to addresses located in the United States and Canada. Should your location not appear as an option during the checkout process, we regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver to your area at this moment.

2. Order Processing Time

Following the confirmation of your payment, orders are generally processed within a timeframe of 1 to 3 business days.
Please note that no order processing, shipping, or delivery takes place on weekends or public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Period

For standard shipping within the United States, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 10 business days after it has been dispatched.
For orders shipping to Canada, delivery is estimated to take 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. 
This timeline accounts for necessary cross-border customs processing and potential differences in regional transit times. Please note these are approximate guidelines only: actual delivery may be impacted by carrier-related delays, adverse weather, or increased shipping volumes during peak shopping periods.

4. Shipping Carriers

For deliveries within the United States, our primary shipping partner is USPS.
When sending orders to Canada, we usually rely on Canada Post or another well-regarded local carrier to complete the final delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.
Please allow a maximum of 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is considerably delayed, or if the tracking status shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, we suggest you take the following steps:
  • Inquire with family members and nearby neighbors;
  • Reach out to the shipping carrier using your tracking number for further assistance.
If you still cannot locate your package after taking these measures, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the reported delivery date.
We will collaborate closely with both you and the carrier to investigate the issue thoroughly and work toward a fair resolution.

7. Customs Duties and Taxes for Canada

For orders being shipped to Canada, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the designated carrier may impose import duties, taxes, and handling fees on the shipment.
These additional charges are not included in the product prices or shipping costs you pay during checkout. If applicable, the recipient will be responsible for settling these fees upon delivery.
Please note that we have no control over these charges and are unable to forecast the exact amount in advance.
