2. Currency for Transactions

To ensure pricing remains transparent and predictable for our customers, the currency used for the final charge at checkout is always determined by your shipping destination:
  • For orders being shipped to addresses within the United States, all products are priced and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • For orders being shipped to addresses within Canada, all products are priced and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Please note that the currency selector located at the top of our website is provided solely for your convenience, allowing you to preview product prices in your preferred display currency. Regardless of the currency you choose to display, the final charge applied to your payment card will always be processed in the currency corresponding to your shipping country, as outlined above.
If your payment card is issued in a country or uses a currency different from the transaction currency, your card issuer may apply an exchange rate and/or a foreign transaction fee. It is important to note that these fees are set exclusively by your bank or card issuer and are not imposed by our company.

3. Payment Authorizations & Charges

When you submit an order on our website, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the total order amount. This hold is not a final charge; the actual charge will be processed and captured only once your order has been confirmed and is ready for fulfillment.
In the event that a payment is declined or flagged for additional review by our payment processor or your bank, we may reach out to you to verify necessary information. If we are unable to complete the verification process successfully, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used during checkout. Once a refund has been processed by our team, it generally takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your account statement. The exact timing may vary depending on the policies of your bank or card issuer.
